"I am a very satisfied tenant and would highly recommend Nob Hill Apartments.

The property is well-maintained by professional staff with care to the tenants’ needs.  Enclosed, private garages are available to tenants.  I think this is a great asset.

The location is excellent with close and easy access to highways and shopping.  There are buses available for those who do not drive."

The people are friendly.  Whenever I need anything in my apartment fixed, one call to the office and pronto--a maintenance man is at my door ready to take care of my problem.

For my grocery shopping, there is a bus to Wegman's, Green Hills, and Peter’s Market.  There is also a bus to Carousel Mall.

The social director has activities planned for all ages (children included) for those who wish to participate.

So if you are thinking of retiring or are tired of keeping up the maintenance of a house and yard, don’t just take my word for it--come and view the apartments."

"We have been tenants here for four years.  Nob Hill is the nicest apartment complex we have ever lived in.  The buildings are well kept both outside and inside.  The grounds crew puts flowers out in the summer time and keeps the grass well mowed.  In the winter, they are always plowing and salting so people can get out.

The custodians are always keeping the inside spic and span.  The garbage is always picked up.  If needed, it’s picked up twice a day.  The lobby looks like one from a five-star hotel.

The painters are always on top of things.  They are always 'touching up' or repainting the place.

The maintenance crew is excellent and are well-qualified to fix whatever is needed.  Usually it is done within a day.

The office personnel is very helpful and considerate to the tenants.  They have an activities director that plans all kinds of activities--coffee hour, trips, luncheons, and musicals for all ages.  There are buses for shopping and church for the tenants.  Also, a five-year party for tenants living at Nob Hill five years or more.  This is the only apartment complex that we have lived in that offers so much and such reasonable prices.  We suggest you apply now!  You won’t regret it."

Not only is our living carefree, but our place is spacious and attractive.  The buildings and grounds are beautifully maintained and the wooded area is so lovely.  An intelligent and caring staff is so easy to deal with, providing many activities to keep our days full and active.
